All Athletes and Teams of all abilities in 7th-12th grade are welcome!

Free Time Activities: Kayaking, Swimming, Climbing, hiking, ultimate, spike ball, cornhole, ice cream, smoothies!

4:300pm Warm-Run & Form Analysis

5:30pm Supper

6:30pm Meet Staff, then meet other Campers

7:30pm Highlighted Camp Speaker & Camp Games.

Normal Day

7:30 Rise and get ready for breakfast

8:00 Breakfast

9:00 Biomechanics, warm-up, & workout

12:00 Lunch and Camp Games

2:00 Warm-up, Dynamics, Choice of Running or Hiking

5:00 Dinner

7:00 Team Building, Games, Motivational Speakers

8:30 Snack Time

9:15 Dorm Activities and Get to Know Campers from other teams

Learn from NCAA Coaches, Professional Runners. Learn from coaches who have set NCAA and International records, and coached professional runners. Learn from biomechanics specialists, physiologist!

Plenty of social time, fun, adventures, team activities and individual activities!

What to Bring

Clothing List:

  • 5-7 T-Shirts

  • 1 Long Sleeved Shirts

  • 5 Pair of Underwear

  • 5 Pair of Socks

  • 5 Pair of Running Shorts

  • 2 Pair of Non-Running Shorts

  • 1 Pair of Pants/Jeans

  • Swimsuit

  • Umbrella, Poncho, or Rain Gear

  • Warm-up Sweats (top & bottom)

  • 2-3 Pair of Running Shoes

  • Sandals/crocks with a heal strap (no flip flops)

Bedding:

  • 1 set of standard twin sheets

  • Sleeping bag used as a blanket

Not Allowed At Camp:

  • Cell phones (see below)

  • Radios/Stereos/IPod/Video Games

  • Gum/Candy/Soda

  • Bikes

  • Clothing with inappropriate images/weapons/swearing

  • Glass Bottles/Knives

  • Running Spikes

  • Flip Flops (can cause hip, knee, and lower leg injuries)

  • Cell Phones are not allowed at camp. The goal is to engage campers with the curriculum, to eliminate a liability with communication with non-camper peers or strangers that may attempt to visit a youth camp. To have the best experience possible, we are asking that all cell phones are turned in to counselors at check-in. Parents will have access to call camp for emergencies or to give information regarding pick-up.
