9:00am - Championship Girls 5K - up to 10 runners per team 

9:30am - Championship Boys 5K - up to 10 runners per team 

10:00am - Varsity B Girls 5K - the next 10 runners per each team

10:30am - Varsity B Boys 5K - the next 10 runners per each team

11:00am - JV Girls 5K  - Unlimited entries

11:45am - JV Boys 5K - Unlimited entries

12:15pm - Middle School Girls (4K)

12:45pm - Middle School Boys (4k)

DIRECTIONS | Buford Meredith Cross Country Course

From the north or east

Take Interstate 81 south to exit 118B, following US 460 west to Blacksburg.

From the south

Take Interstate 81 north to exit 118B, following US 460 west to Blacksburg.

From West Virginia

Take Interstate 77 south (West Virginia Turnpike) to exit 9. Exit and turn left onto 460 east. Follow 460 east to Blacksburg.

Once in Blacksburg

Use the 460 bypass around the downtown area. Follow 460 bypass to Exit 6 Southgate Drive (Va. 314). Take the second exit at the first roundabout to stay on Southgate Drive. At the second roundabout, take the second exit to turn onto Duck Pond Drive and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine will be on the left.

TICKETS: $10 Entry Fee for ALL spectators- All Tickets can be purchased here.

PARKING:  There is on-site parking near the course.

AWARDS: Top 15 in High School and Middle School divisions will receive East Coast Elite Swag. Top Team Wins Trophy.
